As the Global Chief Commercial Officer of the health care division, Brad focuses on commercial strategy and business development which involves sales, marketing, product portfolio and customer service to drive business growth and market share. Prior to joining CCELL in 2021, Mr. Li was the President of ZTE North America & CEO of ZTE USA where he led ZTE’s evolution from a white-label manufacturer to becoming the fourth largest overall in the region and second largest in the prepaid market. Brad Li earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a certification in Business Law from Cornell University.
